If you submit comments or ideas, we may use those ideas without additional compensation.
User Data and Inquiries
When you submit an application, booking request, or contact form, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We are not responsible for errors or communication failures caused by inaccurate information.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Bucky Agency and its affiliates, licensors, and employees from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Bucky Agency does not warrant that content is accurate, reliable, or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bucky Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data, arising out of or relating to use of the Service.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, not in court. You waive rights to trial by jury and class action participation.

Subscription Services: Website Design, Hosting, and IT Support
1. Service Overview
Clients enrolled in our monthly subscription package (currently priced at $97.00/month) receive ongoing website design services, secure website hosting, and up to three (3) hours of dedicated IT support per month.
2. Billing and Payments
The monthly subscription fee is billed automatically each month to the payment method on file. The initial payment is due at the time of sign-up or project commencement, with subsequent payments billed on the same day of each following month. Failure to process payment may result in temporary suspension of hosting and IT support services until the account is brought current.
3. Included IT Support Hours
The subscription includes up to three (3) hours of IT support, website maintenance, design updates, or troubleshooting per month.
Non-Rollover: Unused support hours do not roll over to the following month.
Overage: If support or design requests exceed the included 3 hours in a given billing cycle, the Client will be notified before additional work is performed. Additional hours will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $150/hr.
4. Website Ownership and Licensing
While the Client retains full ownership of their proprietary branding, logos, and provided content (text, images, proprietary business data), the underlying website infrastructure, layout files, and customized code provided as part of the monthly subscription remain the licensed property of the Provider for the duration of the subscription.
5. Cancellations and Terminations
The subscription package operates on a month-to-month basis. The Client may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by providing thirty (30) days written notice. Upon cancellation, all hosting and IT support services will cease at the end of the final billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, third-party server outages, or data loss. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all property listings and financial data displayed on their websites are accurate and comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
